Where is my order?
Every order ships within 24 hours and arrives in 3 to 5 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order here.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
Use EarReset for up to 90 days. If you're not happy with the results, email us with your order number and we refund you in full. No return needed, no questions asked. Read the full policy.
How do I use EarReset?
Apply the drops into each ear as directed on the label, massage the base of the ear gently, and let your dog shake. Most owners see the first change within the first week. Full instructions are on the product page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we update or cancel it right away. If it already shipped, the 90-day guarantee still covers you.
Should I still see my vet?
Yes. EarReset is not a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog is in pain, has a ruptured eardrum, bleeding, or a swollen ear, see a veterinarian first.
