This website, trypetcare.co, is operated by PET CARE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, under the brand PetCare ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our products

PetCare EarReset™ Ear Support Drops is a pet care product for dogs. It is not a drug and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and it does not replace a visit to your veterinarian. If your dog's ear is hot, bleeding, or your dog is in real pain, see your vet first.

Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary from dog to dog.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. Promotions are available for a limited time and while stock lasts. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you are refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping

Orders ship within 24 hours and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Details are on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier.

5. Guarantee and refunds

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, images, videos, logos, product names) belongs to us or to our partners. It cannot be copied or reused without our written permission.

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the store: Shopify (store platform), payment providers, shipping carriers and order tracking services, email and SMS providers, and analytics and advertising partners such as Meta and Google. • If anything is wrong, with the product or for any other reason, we refund you in full. No questions asked.
• To ask for a refund, contact us with your order number or the email you used to order.
• Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
• Package lost or damaged in transit: contact us and we fix it.
